This is the second pair of brown Georgia Giant Romeos I’ve bought. And I also bought my second pair of GGRs in black. Soles on the first two pair have lasted through 6 years of constant wear. Every reason to expect the current new pair will last just as long.

I bought 2 pairs about a month ago. Good shoes . I have received many compliments for them. Bought a size under what I normally wear and they fit great. Only problem I’ve had so far is padding on insole is incomplete on foot near toes . Not too noticeable for short periods of time but, after a while you notice it. Will keep wearing to see if it works itself out. It’s the same with both pairs. But overall am satisfied quality and fit. Price was great for being on sale.

I work in an anodizing and nickel plating shop, and bought a pair of these to use on our process line. They have held up for over a year to sulfuric acid, nitric acid, phosbrite, hypophospate, nickel sulfate, hydrochloric acid, and caustic soda. My feet have never gotten anything on them in that time, the tops are still holding up well, soles are finally starting to wear thin but I figure I have another 3 months of wear in them. Will definitely be getting another pair.

I’ve had mine for about a year and a half. I wear them Monday through Friday, and they feel great. The sole wears beautifull. The only downside is, I have to replace them. Not because of wearing out, it’s because they don’t like having a 300 lb person land in a ladder rung while wearing them. The fall and landing caused the steel shank to bend slightly so now they hurt my feet when I wear them.

I had my first pair for 3 1/2 years before buying a new pair not because they wore out or got uncomfortable just because my local store that sells them was having a sale, so I retired my first pair to yard duty. I love these shoes I have everyone where I work wearing them because they last. we have the ones without the steel toe and they are exposed to motor oils and degreasing chemicals and they last.

i bought these a month ago and found it was hard to get my feet in through the opening i had 5 days off from work so i tried to break them in they are a little better now but still leaves a mark on top of my left foot for being to tight.

They look good. Solid construction. A little tight on the opening trying to put your foot in. If you have big feet they probably wont fit. The opening should be a little bigger.

Bought my giant romeo’s about three weeks ago. After wearing , Im feeling a hard spot in the left outter side of shoe. I wear a true 12 but could have gotten away with an 11.5 . Will try a insert this weeknd otherwise the right foot is very comfortable.

I bought a pair of these shoes in Alaska many moons ago. While in Alaska they were exposed to many a stream and snow. No matter how many times I soaked them, they were just as comfortable as before they were abused. These shoes have been through many trials and tribulations, from creeks in many states, to hours standing on concrete floors, always comfortable. After about six years, the sole did split some, still wore them for another year. I am a big guy, and after 7 years the padding inside did flatten, so I bought another pair. These are now pretty much the only shoe I have worn in 7 years. Relatively inexpensive, and VERY durable. Hard to find, as the bigger stores do not carry them. Not sure why? Best shoe I have ever worn.

I brought the giant rhyme Romeo in a wide width but the opening on the top is so narrow I can probably get my foot in the shoe and after getting in the shoe it squeezed my ankle so bad that I could not keep them on.

Previously, I bought tan hiking boots and since they perform so well, I trusted the quality of construction, so I bought the slip on black low quarter dress work boot. Georgia boots are a wise investment to protect your feet at a fair and reasonable price.

I ordered a wide shoe. The shoe arrived very very quick which was nice. I appreciate the offering of a wide shoe with good quality but the opening to put your foot in the shoe is not made for wide feet. The shoe was comfortable once I squeezed my foot in but around the ankle became uncomfortable. The return process was nice. Good company to deal with just wish the shoe was made for a truly wide foot.
