The Hi-Cool® moisture management performance fabric is stretchy to fit most heads and can be worn under a hard hat or on its own to provide sun-blocking protection. I would give these 5 stars because my husband loves them as long as it has the elastic band in the back. The first one he bought was the stars and stripes. His favorite color is blue so I ordered 2 of the blue same part number and they did not have elastic. Why do some have elastic and some don’t yet have the same part number?

Works great, wear it under my hard hat 12 hours a day. Helps in keeping me cooled down and keeps the jat band from rubbing my forehand.

This product is a great alternative to a welding cap or bandana tied up under a hardhat. It is very absorptive and helps to keep you head cool on a hot day. Having a shaved head, hard hats can cause irritation, this product helps to cushion and relieve that. It’s only downfall is the slight bit of shrinkage after washing, perhaps letting it air dry would alleviate this. I will be getting a few more, great product for the price.

It definitely feels great to soak it in water, squish it and put it on your head. The cooling effect of wind or a fan is a welcome relief in hot environments.

The Stars and Stripes High-performance Cap fit perfectly and was comfortable all day long. The cap fit nicely under my hardhat, baseball cap, and cowboy hat. The moisture band absorbed sweat and kept it off my face. I wet the material to keep my head cool in the 90 degree heat. I received multiple compliments on the cap as well. Very Patriotic!

I didn’t really like it that much, it doesn’t fit right on my head but I do have a big one. But I did wear it under a cap and it does do its job. Wish it came in different sizes.

Had my Sr. Electrical Technician try out the high performance cap. As he is bald, he sweats a lot. He tried the product and gave it a big thumbs up. He had used the high performance dew rag and found this product to be better as there are no ends tied in a knot. He loved the cooling effect after taking off his hard hat.
