Well built, silky soft, and not too tight around my head. Sometimes you don’t need or prefer not to wear a full hat, but your ears beg to differ. Herein lies the solution.

I love how slim and low profile this headband is. I have a North Face one that is really bulky and doesn’t sit very well on my head, compared to this one which sits closer to my head and ears and lays flat (but not too tightly). It has great ear coverage and is surprisingly insulating despite it’s thinness. It’s actually hard to hear people talking sometimes when wearing this! But perfect for keeping the wind and cold away from my extremely sensitive ears when I don’t want to wear a winter hat.
I think this headband would be great for most people but if you have a large head it might be a bit tight for you

This headband offers good protection for cold windy days. The sides go down far enough to cover the entire ear, unlike hats that leave the bottom lobe exposed.
Its excellent for cold weather working outs as well. Its very breathable and lightweight. It blocks the hearing a bit, but that’s not a big deal.
On very chill days, I pair it with a beanie for extra warmth, it’s very low profile so it pairs very comfortably!
