My school system recently changed the policy for school cancelations due to weather so that school will not be cancelled unless it is less than -32 degrees. so I have worn it to walk to school in -20 degree weather and it works perfectly!

This is a great item to have on those cold mornings it’s not too bulky and it still keeps your head very warm what I like most about it is that it’s keeps me warm and doesn’t sacrifice comfort to do so.

The 6821 Fleece Balaclava is just what the doctor ordered, if the doctor was Jack Frost! This Balaclava is comfortable and warm in all but the most extreme conditions. I’ve worn this in 20 degree weather with snow and -6 degrees with -30 degree wind chills and anywhere the fleece covered I was comfortable. In the -30 wind chills I wore this under the hood of my favorite winter hoodie and it made the perfect companion. My only complaint is the eye /nose opening is a little large for my head. I have a small hat size so it’s not a major issue but had this been offered in smaller sizes I would have to try one size smaller. Overall an excellent Balaclava to keep old man winter at bay when you’re working outside!

I work on the Mississippi river loading barges and rail cars, these really work well to keep your head warm and still thin enough to wear a hard hat. face opening is multi functional, you can keep it just under your nose, over your nose or under your chin. no matter how you wear this item it keeps you comfortable. now your toes will be the only thing that reminds you of the cold!
